Fantastic for the kids, lovely stay overall
Fantastic for the kids, they loved all of the activities on offer and they actually chose not to go to theme parks on one of our days here just so they could relax and use the jumping pillow! The room was basic but clean, although smelt like they'd let off an almighty bug bomb right before we got there. Things like kids movie nights on the big screen are fantastic, as are the kids activities. The deck area near the jumping pillow is a great communal spot where families can mingle while the kids play. The grounds are well kept and it has a very "free range kids" feel which is nice. Being close to Harbour Town is very handy for food options, theme parks aren't too far away. Overall a really nice family feel and great for kids.
Saw other reviews state that the pools are warm - our first day it was 25 degrees outside and the pools were freezing! The pool attendant confirmed that they're always like that. On the next day it was hotter and the pools were more pleasant but don't expect them to be warm! The room we were in was clean and neat but a bit dated for the price, certainly did the job though and the kids couldn't have cared less, we were barely in the room anyway. No oven / dishwasher was a bit of a downer for the price paid though. Most of the staff were lovely, special mention to the kids activity staff who were all absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately 2 of the Galleons bistro staff were pretty rude and condescending at times, it was pretty jarring considering all the other people who work here were great. Galleons itself is just average, ate there a few times but it's pretty basic stuff and not particularly well priced. Coffees are decent though.
